Tracking details are sent via SMS and email within 24 hours of dispatch. Please check your spam folder. If you still have not received it after 2 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@suvicart.in with your order number.

Yes, this can happen occasionally when a shipment is in transit between courier hubs, especially for Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. If there is no update after 5 business days, please reach out to us and we will escalate with the courier partner on your behalf.

Please check with neighbours or building reception as packages are sometimes left there. If the package is still not found, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update. We will investigate with the courier and resolve it for you.

Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at support@suvicart.in or call +91 98765 43210. Once the parcel is with the courier, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Metro cities receive orders within 3 to 5 business days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities take 5 to 8 business days. Remote areas may take up to 12 business days. Custom orders have an additional 5 to 7 business days of production time before dispatch.

Do not open a visibly damaged or leaking package. Photograph the outer packaging and the product and email the photos to support@suvicart.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
