Cancellation & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product. Here is everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

At Suvi Artystry, we take pride in every product we ship. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free. Please read through this page carefully before initiating a return.

Eligible Returns

We gladly accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products that arrive damaged or defective, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
  • Wrong item shipped (incorrect product, size, or colour)
  • Sealed, unopened non-custom products in original packaging returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Resin that fails to cure under standard conditions as per the product instructions

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened resin, hardener, pigments, glitters, or any consumable product
  • Custom, personalised, or made-to-order products
  • Products where curing issues resulted from incorrect mixing ratios, unsuitable ambient conditions, or non-recommended additives
  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components
Note on Resin Products Resin and hardener are consumable chemical products. Once the seal is broken, they cannot be returned under any circumstances. Please ensure you are ordering the correct product before opening.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalised orders are made to order and are non-refundable once production has commenced. This includes any products personalised through our Create Your Own feature.

  • Written approval is taken from you before production begins; once approved, the order cannot be cancelled
  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural to handcrafted resin art and are not considered defects
  • If a custom item arrives genuinely damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it at no additional cost to you.

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of the outer packaging and the product
  • Reports submitted beyond the 48-hour window may not be eligible for replacement or refund
  • If a package arrives visibly leaking or damaged, do not open it; photograph it immediately and contact us
Tip We recommend filming a short unboxing video when opening your order. This helps us resolve any damage or missing item claims quickly and without hassle.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to raise a return request:

  • Email us at support@suvicart.in or WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210
  • Share your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
  • Attach clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps
  • Do not ship any item back without receiving written confirmation from us first

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days.

Refund Timelines
  • Credit/Debit Card and UPI payments: refunded within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method
  • Net Banking: refunded within 5 to 7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer within 7 to 10 business days
  • Store credit, if opted, is applied instantly to your account
Delays in Refund If you have not received your refund within the stated timeline, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@suvicart.in and we will investigate promptly.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
  • If the desired item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued instead
  • Custom or personalised products are not eligible for exchange

Return Shipping

Return shipping terms depend on the reason for return:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will arrange a free pickup or reimburse the shipping cost
  • If the return is for any other eligible reason (change of mind, unopened product), return shipping charges are borne by the customer
  • Please use a trackable shipping method for all returns; Suvi Artystry is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return
  • Return the product in its original packaging with all components included
