Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent) and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Placing an order, creating an account, or browsing our site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Products & Orders

We strive to keep all product descriptions, images, and specifications accurate. Slight colour variations may occur due to photography or monitor settings, and minor batch-to-batch variation in resin viscosity is normal and does not affect quality.

• An order is confirmed only upon receipt of our email confirmation
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion (e.g. pricing errors or stock issues)
• If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you within 24 hours and offer a refund or alternative

Custom & Personalised Orders

Our Create Your Own feature lets you personalise resin products with custom colours, inclusions, and designs.

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced
• Written approval (via email or WhatsApp) is required before production begins
• Preview images are illustrative; the final piece may vary due to the handcrafted nature of resin art
• Standard production time is 5 to 7 business days; complex or bulk orders may require 10 to 14 business days
• You are responsible for ensuring all customisation instructions are accurate and free of third-party IP infringement

Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. The price at checkout is the price applicable to your order.

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery on select pin codes (additional charges may apply)
• EMI available on eligible orders above Rs. 3,000 (subject to bank/partner terms)

A GST-compliant invoice will be issued for all orders. Provide your GSTIN at checkout if required; invoice changes after dispatch cannot be made. Only one discount code may be applied per order.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer Pan-India delivery. International shipping is not available. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative, not guaranteed.

• Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5 to 8 business days
• Remote areas: 8 to 14 business days

Free standard shipping applies to all prepaid orders above Rs. 999. Orders below this or COD orders attract a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. A tracking link will be shared via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

• Products are sealed in tamper-proof, airtight packaging
• Do not store shipments in direct sunlight or high-heat environments
• If a package arrives damaged or leaking, do not open it; photograph and contact us immediately
• Resin products cannot be returned once the seal is broken

Returns & Refunds

• Damaged or defective products (reported within 48 hours with photos)
• Wrong item shipped
• Sealed, unopened non-custom items returned within 7 days of delivery
• Resin that fails to cure under standard conditions as per product instructions

• Custom or personalised orders
• Opened resin, hardener, pigments, or any consumable
• Curing issues caused by incorrect mixing, unsuitable conditions, or non-recommended additives
• Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
• Items returned without original packaging

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. COD refunds are credited via bank transfer within 7 to 10 business days.

Product Safety & Usage

Our resin products are intended for adults (18+). While our Art Resin is low-odour and non-toxic, it is a chemical product and must be handled responsibly.

• Work in a well-ventilated area and wear nitrile gloves and protective eyewear
• Keep all products away from children and pets
• Do not ingest; avoid prolonged skin contact and wash immediately if contact occurs
• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat; keep containers tightly sealed
• Allow unused resin to cure fully before disposal; do not pour liquid resin down drains
• Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) included with your product

Suvi Artistry is not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by incorrect mixing ratios, unsuitable ambient conditions (below 20 degrees C or high humidity), incompatible additives, or expired/improperly stored products.

Workshops & Tutorials

Suvi Artistry offers online and offline resin art workshops and video tutorials. The following terms apply.

• Seats are confirmed only upon full payment
• Cancellations more than 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling
• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling

All tutorial content is the intellectual property of Suvi Artistry and is for personal, non-commercial use only. Resin art results depend on individual technique, materials, and environment; specific outcomes are not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Suvi Artistry website, including the logo, brand name, images, tutorials, and design elements, is our exclusive intellectual property protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark law.

• You may not reproduce or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent
• The "Suvi Artistry" name and logo are registered trademarks
• User-generated content (reviews, photos, testimonials) grants Suvi Artistry a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for marketing and educational purposes
• To report an IP infringement, contact support@suvicart.in

User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or reviews
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reproduce or resell Suvi Artistry products without written authorisation
• Use automated tools to scrape data from our website
• Post offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content

We reserve the right to cancel accounts and orders that violate these standards without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suvi Artistry's total liability shall be limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, resin curing failures due to misuse or environmental factors, delivery delays, or third-party content linked from our site.

We recommend conducting test pours and following all safety guidelines before commencing large or important projects.

Privacy & Data

We collect personal information (name, email, phone, address) solely to fulfil orders and improve your experience. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service partners (couriers, payment gateways) for order fulfilment.
