At Suvi Artystry, we take great care in packing and dispatching every order. We offer Pan-India delivery for all products on suvicart.in. This page covers everything you need to know about how your order is processed, packed, and delivered to you safely.
Order Processing
All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on non-business days are processed the next business day.
- Prepaid orders are given dispatch priority over COD orders
- Custom and personalised orders follow a separate production timeline of 5 to 7 business days before dispatch
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
- A dispatch confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is handed to the courier
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. These are indicative and not guaranteed.
Standard Delivery- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5 to 8 business days
- Remote or difficult-to-access areas: 8 to 14 business days
- Standard custom items: 5 to 7 business days production + shipping time
- Complex or bulk custom orders: 10 to 14 business days production + shipping time
Shipping Charges
We keep our shipping charges simple and transparent.
- Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 999
- Prepaid orders below Rs. 999 attract a flat shipping fee as displayed at checkout
- COD orders attract a flat shipping fee plus an additional COD handling charge, both shown at checkout
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the error is on our end
How We Pack Your Order
Resin and hardener are chemical products that require special care during transit. We put a lot of thought into our packaging to ensure your order reaches you safely.
- All resin and hardener bottles are sealed with tamper-proof, airtight caps before dispatch
- Products are individually bubble-wrapped and cushioned to prevent breakage
- Liquid products are packed upright and secured to prevent leakage or spillage
- Fragile items like silicone moulds and glass tools are given extra padding
- All outer boxes are taped securely and labelled with fragile and upright indicators
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real time.
- Tracking details are typically updated within 24 hours of dispatch
- You can also track your order directly on our website under My Orders
- If your tracking link is not working or shows no updates for more than 48 hours after dispatch, please contact us
- Suvi Artystry is not responsible for tracking delays caused by the courier partner's system
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pin codes across India.
- COD availability is shown at checkout based on your delivery pin code
- An additional COD handling fee applies and is displayed before order confirmation
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
- If a COD order is refused or undelivered due to the customer's unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply
- Prepaid orders are always dispatched on priority over COD orders
Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, certain situations are beyond our control. Suvi Artystry is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier partner backlogs or operational issues
- Public holidays, strikes, or bandhs
- Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
In the event of a significant delay, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Damaged in Transit
Despite our careful packaging, damage during transit can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, here is what to do:
- Do not open a visibly damaged or leaking package; photograph it as received
- Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the outer packaging and the product
- Email us at support@suvicart.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9898630907 with your order number and photos
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim
- Reports submitted beyond the 48-hour window may not be eligible for a replacement or refund
International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
We are working on expanding our delivery to international customers in the future. If you are based outside India and wish to place an order, please write to us at support@suvicart.in and we will try our best to assist you.
